Bone Structure & Fisting

Bone Structure & Fisting

I was in the exam room at the chiropractor's office today waiting for her to arrive. She had a model of the spine in there very similar to this:

So, naturally, I couldn't resist slipping my hand through the pelvic opening.

Side-to-side, the opening was wide enough for my flat hand to go through easily. This, of course, is 90 degrees off of the anal sphincter, which is wider front-to-back. Her model did not have the pointy protrusions that this image has at 90 and 270 degrees. Perhaps the model in the office was from a female and the model in the image is from a male.

The major constriction I found on the model was between the front of the pelvic opening and the tip of the tailbone (coccyx). I was not able to get my balled fist through this opening.

I'm 6-foot-1 and the model was definitely shorter than me. I'd estimate it to be about 80 percent of my spinal column.

When the chiropractor came in, I asked her first whether the yellow tubes sticking out represented nerves. She said yes. Then I asked her if it was a full-scale model. She indicated it was but that it represented a person smaller than me. She said in taller people the spine (and by inference, the pelvis) would be proportionately larger.

I sure hope there's no security camera video of me slipping my hand through the pelvic opening of that model.

So 3 points:

(1) When going through the anal sphincter, the widest part of your hand or dildo should be aligned front-to-back.

(2) When going through the opening in the pelvic bone and coccyx, the widest part of your hand or dildo should be aligned side-to-side, or about 60 degrees off front-to-back if those point protrusions in this image is from a male.

(3) From my own experience with the Light House butt plug and research online, there is some flexibility in the coccyx and it is possible to coax the tailbone back away from the front of the pelvic opening. Based on my experience and other postings here, that will cause noticeable discomfort that might last 10 days to 2 weeks. In my experience, the increased flexibility appears to be permanent with periodic width play.

You thought you were clean, then ... Oops!

How to be certain you're clean

and ensure you stay that way

... every single time!

Many people say they have accidents after cleaning out and ask:

What am I doing wrong?

If anything solid is coming out:

The problem is you are not getting your sigmoid colon adequately clean, if at all. The sigmoid is like the S-shaped curve in the drain pipe under every sink. Your poop collects at the bottom of that curve until there is enough behind it in the descending colon to push it up over the hump, through the rectosigmoid junction and into the rectum.

When you're having anal sex -- either with a fist, cock or dildo -- your rectosigmoid junction is being stimulated and that coaxes it into opening up and letting the poop on the other side out, unless you've cleaned it out beforehand. The only way to be certain you're cleaning out your sigmoid is to ensure you get plenty of water above it, so that it completely washes out the sigmoid on its way out.

Some people can get plenty of water above the sigmoid using an typical enema bag, but I'm not one of them. I tried using a colon hose with my enema bag, but it would sometimes coil up in my rectum without entering my sigmoid and without cleaning it out.

Here's the sure-fire way I found to deposit the water above my sigmoid and be certain I was getting it clean:

If it's ONLY discolored water coming out:

You need to ensure you get all the water you put in back out again during your clean-out. The I Love U Massage is the way to accomplish that. Here's how: http://crotchshaver.blogspot.com/2012/10/the-i-love-u-massage.html

As soon as I finish my clean-out, I take two generic Immodium tablets to stop the natural rhythms of my colon and prevent any water that might be trapped from coming down. I give it 20 to 30 minutes to kick in while I rest, set up my play space and get in the mood, then I'm good to go for hours every single time.

1 in 29 Americans say they're LGBT

Image

Gallup has published the results of its newest survey, touted as the largest ever aimed at calculating the nation's LGBT population because it's based on interviews with more than 121,000 people. That's about 100 times larger than the samples used by some of the political polls you hear about lately. Consequently, the margin of error is considerably smaller at less than 1 percent. Court deals new blow to DOMA

A New York-based federal appeals court on Thursday become the second appellate bench in the nation to strike down Defense of Marriage Act, which bans married same-sex couples from receiving federal benefits.
http://apne.ws/RJAQ5U

Although about 8 other district and circuit courts have recently ruled the same, this ruling is significant in that it was the first to hold that laws that classify people based on sexual orientation are subject to a higher degree of scrutiny because gays are a minority with a long history of being victims of discrimination: http://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/federal-appeals-court-doma-is-unconstitutional

Also, the majority opinion was written by the chief judge of the 2nd Circuit, who was appointed by President George H.W. Bush and is considered quite conservative: http://www.opednews.com/Quicklink/BREAKING-Federal-Appeals-in-General_News-121018-239.html

Butt plugs not ideal for stretching

If you think wearing a butt plug 24/7 is going to open your hole, then you probably believe spooning a barbell while you sleep is going to give you Schwarzenegger
pecs and 6-pack abs. Here's why you're wrong:

A fellow pig recently asked on a forum whether using a so-called "24/7 stretching ring" would help open his hole. Here's how I negated that idea:

I have this same 3-size set from Huse. They are made of rock-hard acrylic plastic that I find quite uncomfortable. The wide, deep, circular base is also very much NOT anatomically correct. When trying for extended wear, a hole tries to force it out, requiring a butt plug harness to keep it in place, especially while sleeping.

Unless you really want to use these through-hole butt plugs to anally catheterize a sub in a diaper to take away control of the most basic bodily function, then ...

... you are much better off getting a traditional butt plug the same size that's solid for no leakage but much more pliable with a base that's narrow side-to-side for long-term comfort, not to mention a lot cheaper.

You also need to keep in mind that if your goal is to stretch your hole, what you really want to do is stretch the muscle that forms your anal sphincter, not the soft tissue above it that forms your rectum.

You know that old saying, "A chain is only as strong as its weakest link" ?  Well, a butt plug only stretches you as wide as its narrowest point.

A traditional butt plug, by design, has a wide body that stretches the rectum, a narrow stem that the sphincter naturally closes around to keep it in place and a wide base that prevents it from getting trapped inside you.

The problem is that narrow stem, because the rest of it really doesn't stretch your sphincter. In fact, the wide part of a plug only stretches your sphincter when you push it in and minutes -- or hours -- or days later -- when you pull it out.

If you really want to stretch your sphincter 24/7, you're going to need something more cylindrical like a dildo that's the same width all the way to the base. And, of course, you are going to need some sort of a butt plug harness to keep it in place 24/7, because without that stem, your body is naturally going to try to expel it 24/7.

On the other hand, if you have a wide butt plug and you repeatedly stroke it in and out of your hole  -- I'm talking like 50 to 100 strokes per insertion -- then yes, you are exercising that muscle that is your anal sphincter while you are doing it.

But sleeping with a traditional butt plug in your ass and expecting it to exercise  your anal sphincter is about a smart as thinking that sleeping with a dumbell is going to give you biceps like Popeye's.
