1 in 29 Americans say they're LGBT

Image

Gallup has published the results of its newest survey, touted as the largest ever aimed at calculating the nation's LGBT population because it's based on interviews with more than 121,000 people. That's about 100 times larger than the samples used by some of the political polls you hear about lately. Consequently, the margin of error is considerably smaller at less than 1 percent. Court deals new blow to DOMA

A New York-based federal appeals court on Thursday become the second appellate bench in the nation to strike down Defense of Marriage Act, which bans married same-sex couples from receiving federal benefits.

Although about 8 other district and circuit courts have recently ruled the same, this ruling is significant in that it was the first to hold that laws that classify people based on sexual orientation are subject to a higher degree of scrutiny because gays are a minority with a long history of being victims of discrimination: http://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/federal-appeals-court-doma-is-unconstitutional

Also, the majority opinion was written by the chief judge of the 2nd Circuit, who was appointed by President George H.W. Bush and is considered quite conservative: http://www.opednews.com/Quicklink/BREAKING-Federal-Appeals-in-General_News-121018-239.html

Butt plugs not ideal for stretching

If you think wearing a butt plug 24/7 is going to open your hole, then you probably believe spooning a barbell while you sleep is going to give you Schwarzenegger
pecs and 6-pack abs. Here's why you're wrong:

A fellow pig recently asked on a forum whether using a so-called "24/7 stretching ring" would help open his hole. Here's how I negated that idea:

I have this same 3-size set from Huse. They are made of rock-hard acrylic plastic that I find quite uncomfortable. The wide, deep, circular base is also very much NOT anatomically correct. When trying for extended wear, a hole tries to force it out, requiring a butt plug harness to keep it in place, especially while sleeping.

Unless you really want to use these through-hole butt plugs to anally catheterize a sub in a diaper to take away control of the most basic bodily function, then ...

... you are much better off getting a traditional butt plug the same size that's solid for no leakage but much more pliable with a base that's narrow side-to-side for long-term comfort, not to mention a lot cheaper.

You also need to keep in mind that if your goal is to stretch your hole, what you really want to do is stretch the muscle that forms your anal sphincter, not the soft tissue above it that forms your rectum.

You know that old saying, "A chain is only as strong as its weakest link" ?  Well, a butt plug only stretches you as wide as its narrowest point.

A traditional butt plug, by design, has a wide body that stretches the rectum, a narrow stem that the sphincter naturally closes around to keep it in place and a wide base that prevents it from getting trapped inside you.

The problem is that narrow stem, because the rest of it really doesn't stretch your sphincter. In fact, the wide part of a plug only stretches your sphincter when you push it in and minutes -- or hours -- or days later -- when you pull it out.

If you really want to stretch your sphincter 24/7, you're going to need something more cylindrical like a dildo that's the same width all the way to the base. And, of course, you are going to need some sort of a butt plug harness to keep it in place 24/7, because without that stem, your body is naturally going to try to expel it 24/7.

On the other hand, if you have a wide butt plug and you repeatedly stroke it in and out of your hole  -- I'm talking like 50 to 100 strokes per insertion -- then yes, you are exercising that muscle that is your anal sphincter while you are doing it.

But sleeping with a traditional butt plug in your ass and expecting it to exercise  your anal sphincter is about a smart as thinking that sleeping with a dumbell is going to give you biceps like Popeye's.

Quick Disconnect Shower Shot Setup

Did you ever need to put your shower shot out of sight?

Do you ever need to use your shower shot hose for a typical handheld shower head?

Do you ever need to swap out nozzles on your shower shot quickly?

Have you ever wanted to take your shower shot to a second home?

Not only is it possible, but it's also easy and fairly cheap.

I bathe my dogs in the shower also and for that I must use a handheld shower head with an integrated on-off switch so I can control the water flow with one hand while holding the dog in place with the other.

I needed a way to swap them out easily while maintaining a watertight system. I was concerned about damaging my 18-inch neoprene shower shot nozzle by repetitively screwing it in and out of the hose after trying it a couple of times.

So I set out to install a system that didn't require me to track down pliers and wrenches and Teflon plumbers tape every time I needed to swap them out. Not to mention the potential for damaging the plastic threads at the base of the neoprene nozzle.

I found out you can convert your existing handheld shower head and/or shower shot hose system to a quick disconnect or hideaway system using common parts sold at Lowe's and other home improvement stores. The parts to do both connections are less than $20 total, and to do just the shower shot portion (hideaway) would be even less expensive.

Tools needed:

Teflon plumbers tape and scissors or knife to cut it with

Adjustable pliers to hold garden hose connectors

Crescent (adjustable) wrench or set of open-end wrenches

Parts needed:

Bottom row, from left to right:

1/2 inch male to 3/4 inch female adapter; garden hose male quick connect; garden hose female quick connect; male 3/4 inch to female 1/2 inch adpater. Total cost of these four pieces at Lowes: $12.40 plus sales tax. This is all you need to convert your existing shower shot system to a hideaway setup.

Top row from left:

1/2 inch male to 3/4 inch female adapter; garden hose male quick connect. Total cost of these two pieces at Lowes: $6.29 plus sales tax. You only need these if you want to swap out a standard handheld showerhead with a shower shot nozzle.

The first steps are to attach the male 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch female adapter to your existing shower diverter valve. Then attach the garden hose female quick connect to the adapter, above.

Then you attach the 1/2 inch male to 3/4 inch female adapter and the garden hose male connector to the hose of your shower shot, above, and the same parts to your hand showerhead, below.

Pull back the spring-loaded middle black ring on the female garden hose connector, push in the male end of the connector and release the spring and you have the finished setup. Whenever you don't want the shower shot visible, simply pull back the spring loaded ring and the hose pops out so you can put it away from prying eyes or switch to using the regular handheld shower head of your choice.

Now, if you don't need the hideaway setup but simply want to swap out nozzles quickly and easily using the same hose, simply place your quick connect fittings at the other end of the hose and to the base of each nozzle you want to use.

If you want to use your shower shot hose in a second home, simply install a second female garden hose connector at your alternate location, and simply plug the male end of your shower shot hose in to it.

The I Love U Massage

There's a wonderful technique I use to squeegee all the enema water out of my colon after I've expelled as much water as I can naturally. It's called the I Love U massage because its motions imitate the letters I, L and U.

Once you've filled your colon with water, grasp both hands in a double fist, press firmly into the left side of your belly just below the rib cage. Keeping your hands clasped and maintaining the firm pressure, draw your hands downward in the shape of the letter I toward your crotch. This pressure induces the water in the descending colon to come down and out. Repeat this exercise several times until you stop expelling the water.

At this point, you do the same thing, only you start on your right side below the rib cage, and draw your fists from right to left, then down as you did before, in the shape of the letter L. This helps move the water in the transverse colon out. Do this several times until you stop expelling water.

Now do the same thing, starting on your lower right abdomen, pull up toward your rib cage, then across right to left, then down as before in the shape of the letter U. This helps get the water out of your ascending colon.

10 Steps To Clean Out in 105 Minutes or Less

It's not foolproof, but I can generally get cleaned out in 90 to 105 minutes. I'm not saying it will work for everybody, just saying it works for me and therefore you might want to try it.

(1) I eat a lot of fiber in my daily diet, particularly for breakfast.

(2) I almost always fast beginning when I wake up the day I intend to clean out. If I can't fast, I try to eat as early in the day as possible to give it time to go through my system. The worst thing you can do is eat right before or right after your clean-out, as this will start your bodies natural response to move things down your colon.

(3) I use an 18-inch neoprene shower shot nozzle that after many months of use I am now able to fully insert all the way up into my sigmoid colon.

(4) I turn the water to a pressure that if the nozzle is held straight up, the water breaks about 3 inches above the tip of the nozzle and falls downward.

(5) Once the nozzle is inserted and the flow control valve is set as above, I turn the warm water on for 45 seconds.

(6) After all natural urges to expel the water cease, I use the "I Love U" massage at least 10 times to force more water out of my colon.

(7) When I think I have all the initial water expelled, I insert a doubleheaded dildo 12 inches long and 5 inches around all the way in. I ride it for 100 strokes, then leave it in for 5 minutes.

(8) If it comes out clean, which it usually does, I rinse out my rectum 10 times by applying the nozzle just inside my anal sphincter for 10 seconds at a time then expelling.

(9) If I see any brown water come out that looks like beef broth, I stop and go back to Step No. 7 and repeat. However, if I see any solid brown come out that is about the size of a corn flake, I continue rinsing out until I've expelled clean water 10 times with no brown corn flakes.

(10) Repeat step 7 and if the dildo comes out clean, you're done cleaning out. Take a dose of Immodium or generic equivalent when you get out of the shower to prevent anything else from coming down the colon while you're playing and 30 minutes later you're ready for deep play.

Good luck and let me know how it works for you.
